本课题组现有职工3人(其中研究员1人、实验师2人)和在读研究生4人(其中博士研究生2人、硕士研究生2人)。

课题组研究方向为从传统中药和民间药物中寻找新的生物活性成分,阐明天然药物的活性作用物质基础,研究开发具有科学依据的现代天然药物,并为创新药物研究发现先导化合物。

 本课题组在进行天然产物提取分离和结构鉴定工作过程中,注重采用基于信息分析的生物活性跟踪分离方法、基于HPLC-DAD-MS的去重复(dereplication)分析方法和基于仪器自动化的天然产物纯化方法,以提高生物活性化合物的发现效率。

 

本课题组在进行天然产物提取分离和结构鉴定工作过程中,注重采用基于信息分析的生物活性跟踪分离方法、基于HPLC-DAD-MS的去重复(dereplication)分析方法和基于自动化仪器的天然产物纯化方法,以提高生物活性化合物的发现效率,并通过化学合成方法对所发现的生物活性成分进行结构优化和进一步成药性评估。此外,课题组还承担一些制药企业的中药有效部位化学成分分析、对照品制备、化学合成品杂质分析和民间验方、秘方功效成分分析的合同研究。
