陈笑艳课题组简介

课题组现有工作人员10名,其中研究员1名、教授级高级工程师1名,副研究员1名、助理研究员4名;博士研究生4名,硕士生3名。

药物代谢活化过程与药物不良反应机理研究;手性药物立体选择性药动学和代谢机理研究;药动学生物样品分析技术研究;创新药物开发过程的药物代谢和动力学研究。

 

 

在药物代谢活化研究方面,近年来重点阐述了二氢异喹啉类生物碱醌型反应性代谢中间体的生成机理以及与肺毒性的相关性;发现了吡咯里西啶生物碱新的代谢活化途径;从代谢活化角度,揭示了几种中药注射剂不良反应的发生机制。阐明了多沙唑嗪、普罗帕酮、昂当司琼、吗啉硝唑等手性药物在人体内的立体选择性药动学和代谢机理。在创新药物药代动力学研究方面,重点在体内微量药物及代谢产物分析新技术、放射性色谱-质谱追踪和鉴定代谢产物、药物吸收以及转运等领域开展了系列研究工作。近5年来,发表SCI收录期刊论文50篇。承担和参与多项国家和上海市的重大基础科学研究项目。
